I was collaborating with AL to track down the proper adaptor cord for connecting a Cytracom VOIP phone to a Plantronics W02 wireless headset. AL did some research and found out that Cytracom is a brand name, but the actual manufacturer is Granstream. I would have never figured this out on my own. After that, AL located the right adaptor cord and got it shipped to me super fast!!

The adaptor cord worked perfectly right out of the box!! Big thanks to AL for the top-notch service!! I truly appreciate your assistance. -Ken

Damon was an incredibly supportive and quick customer service rep. Our Cisco 1572 Wireless Access Points arrived in no time. I'm really pleased Triton had these in stock, as it was tough to locate other vendors with them available.

I initially ordered 5 Polycom phones, and while everything was in decent shape, they showed up without any power adapters. I tried to get in touch, but nobody ever got back to me. So, I ended up making a second order just for the adapters, which meant I had to fork out for two 2-day shipping fees when it should've just been one. How am I supposed to give this a 5-star rating?

I got myself a couple of PoE switches for our testing lab, and both are functioning just fine. They came with all the required accessories too. Awesome prices for what you get!

I got a call late the day before Thanksgiving to confirm that my order was right and would show up on time.

We got 9 identical products, all packed up tight and sent out super fast from the other side of the country. Everything performed just like we hoped and arrived in great shape.

The sole reason I'm not giving this a 1-star rating is that I got a full refund. Your company shipped me the incorrect item, and rather than correcting the error, I was instructed to reorder (and pay) for the right one. Take responsibility for your errors and assist the customer. Don't make things worse.
